Biography: Jules is a restauranteur, wine merchant and drinks writer. He is the co-owner of Hillside Kitchen & Cellar and The Ramen Shop, both in Wellington New Zealand. He is also the wine director of Cult Wine, a small independent wine retail business dedicated to supporting artisan winegrowers. In 2015 his first book, BREWED: A Guide to the Craft Beer of New Zealand was published and in mid-2017 the second edition of BREWED will be published.
