Job Title: Beer Sommelier/Cicerone
Company Details: Currently self employed. Making a go at bringing beer education to bars, cafes, restaurants, and anyone else who is interested.
Biography: I was a chef for 5 years before starting a BSc degree in Hospitality business management. During the degree I worked behind bars in the UK, and ended up bar managing The Old Toad in Rochester NY, where my passion for beer truly began.
Since then I have managed craft beer bars in NZ, bartended while getting my Certified Cicerone® and taught beer to venues in Australia. Now I'm working on getting my greencard to move to Western NY, should be there April 2018.
